What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your Facebook User ID and profile information
• All stored access tokens for your Facebook pages
• Scheduled post history and results
• Error logs and usage data
• Page selection preferences (localStorage)
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Data Deletion Methods

You have multiple options to delete your data:

Data Deletion Timeline

After you request deletion:

• Immediate: Access to your account is revoked
• Within 24 hours: Active data is removed from production systems
• Within 48 hours: Data is removed from backup systems
• Within 30 days: All data is permanently deleted from all systems

What Happens After Deletion?

• You will no longer be able to log in to ZenvyBot
• All scheduled posts will be cancelled
• Your Facebook pages will remain unaffected
• You can create a new account anytime by logging in again
• Previous data cannot be recovered

Data Retention Exceptions

We may retain certain data if:

• Legal Requirement: Required by law or legal process
• Security: Necessary for fraud prevention or security investigations
• Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized analytics (cannot identify you)

These exceptions are rare and comply with applicable privacy laws.

Verification Process

To protect your privacy, we may verify your identity before processing deletion requests:

• We may ask for your Facebook User ID
• We may ask for the email address associated with your account
• We may send a confirmation email to verify ownership

Confirmation

After deletion is complete:

• You will receive a confirmation email
• The email confirms all data has been deleted
• You can reply to ask questions or request additional information
